Greetings from Tink World!.

Well, it's back to the dry times. We had a little shower yesterday, but nothing substantial in a while. S0, it's back to hoping for rain again.

Be sure to take advantage of our grill pack special this weekend. Each pack will include a mild sausage, a pack of andouille sausage and a ny strip. The total weight of the pack is $3.10-3.20 lbs. for $28. Also, boston butts will be on sale for $5 per lb. What we have in stock are large, between 4.5-6.5 lbs.

July 4th is right around the corner. It's never too early to plan ahead for the holiday. Get your ground beef, patties, baby back ribs, butt, and/or sausage links now to be sure you have what you need for your holiday weekend.

If you are in the mood for something new, try stuffed pork burgers.

What you'll need:

2 lbs. of ground pork

1 small onion

mushrooms

sliced cheese

salt & pepper

garlic

Brown onions and mushrooms until soft. Combine ground pork and seasonings in a large bowl. Make a large, thin patty and make a bowl in the middle of the patty. Place the veggies in the middle of the patty. Cover the veggies with another small pork patty. These burgers will be large. Two pounds will make about five burgers.

Grill until the top side starts to brown. Flip once, turn the grill down and walk away. Be sure the internal temp is 165. It will take about 10-12 minutes total for burgers to be fully cooked. After 10 minutes, top with cheese, turn burner off or remove from direct heat to allow cheese to melt. Add buns and enjoy!

Well, that's all for now. Have a great weekend. We'll see you at market!
