Greetings from Tink World!
Well, l sent out an update last week and jumped the gun a little. I’m a bit ahead on our schedule at the Veggie Truck Market. That market will start next week, Tuesday, April 19. The hours are 4:30-7:00 p.m. So, make plans to come see us! Since the Evans Market won’t be happening this year, this is your chance to support locally grown goodness in the CSRA.
This week, we will be delivering to Evans. So, get your orders in today. We will meet at Red Clay Market in Evans (across from Wal-Mart) from 5:00-5:30 p.m. We will stick around a little later if you can’t get off work and get to us by 5:30, just let us know!
Also, coming us this week is a cooking class with Southern Scratch and Tink! The class will cover some of the basics of cooking Tink’s Beef. Plus, you’ll get a 5 course meal and lots of fun! Yes, Tink will be there! So, make plans to come to Washington this Saturday for a wonderful class! The fun starts at 7 p.m. Check out Southern Scratch for more information! Hurry! Space is limited!
If you haven’t heard, Tink’s Beef & Pork is now available at Opa Robby’s in Athens! It’s a great little store with lots of local goodies. Check them out today.
