Marinaded Rib-Eye Steaks
Tonight, I started the Marinade on the Rib-Eye Steaks that my beloved Kent and I got from Tink's Beef...They will be delicious tomorrow when they are cooked up.. Serving them with caramelized onions, twice baked new potatoes, and balsamic vinegar marinaded veggies..
Rib Eye Steaks
Leah and Perrin's Worcester Sauce
Dried granulated garlic
Coarse ground black pepper
Place your steak on a plate. Score your steaks with a fork so the marinade can soak up into the meat..
Sprinkle Generously the garlic, pepper, and onion...and rub it into the steaks on both sides...yes, no one sided meat tastes.
Drizzle over the steak your Lea and Perrins and Soy and rub this into the steak..again both sides..
Place your steaks in ziplock bags and tightly seal... stick in the fridge over night....
