Korean Beef
What you'll need:

1 lb. Tinkís Ground Beef

Ĺ c. brown sugar (less if you donít want it sweet)

ľ c. soy sauce

2 Tbsp. sesame oil

1 Tbsp. garlic powder

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp. fresh ginger, minced

Crushed red pepper

Salt and pepper

1 bunch green onions

Brown rice or lo mein noodles

Brown hamburger meat. While cooking meat, add garlic, sesame oil, a dash of salt and black pepper. Once meat is browned, add brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger and red pepper. The more red pepper used the spicier the dish will be. Allow meat and spices to simmer for 3-4 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Serve over rice or noodles. Top with green onions. The green onions are important. Donít skip.
