Well, if we missed you on Saturday, we're sorry. We had a scare with Cohen. Don't worry, he is on the mend. Team Tink will be back in action this Saturday, June 11. So make plans to come see us at the Decatur Farmers Market.
We have some exciting news! Tink will be part of a cooking class at Southern Scratch here in Washington. It will be fun and informational!
The Tink's Grass-fed Beef cooking class is June 25th. Appetizers will be served at 6:30 p.m. with the class starting at 7:00. The class is $80/person or $150/couple. Come learn how to purchase and prepare grass fed beef. Tink is the special guest and will be discussing which cuts to use for what, as well as preparation and cooking techniques for a meal that your guests will swoon over.
The class includes a 5 course meal, recipes and the opportunity to purchase meat. Classes are BYOB and the full menu will be sent to you ahead of the class so that you can pair your favorite wine or beer. Space is limited. Sign up by emailing email@example.com or stop Southern Scratch.
If you are coming from out of town, there are wonderful bed and breakfasts and a beautifully restored hotel that would turn this into the perfect getaway weekend! So, make your reservations today!
For you Augusta customers, we will be at the Veggie Truck Farmers Market on Tuesday, June 7. Come purchase meat and/or eggs from 4:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. We may not be able to stick around the whole market, but there will be someone there with a variety of our products for sale. So, come early or place an order before 1 p.m. on Tuesday.
